Don’t fill up on the bread basket and exceptiona­l anchovy and garlic butters. Mains range from duck confit to veal; Norwegian salmon to quail. The chef’s signature dish is a tender fillet on the bone served with marrow and a rich and flavourful mixed mushroom and red wine sauce. Dessert should be the heavenly home-made rose-water ice cream with Turkish delight, nougat, chocolate, rose petals and topped with a raspberry sauce.
