The signature roasted eisbein is a must, and the hefty portion is served with mash and tasty sauerkraut. Paprika pork or chicken schnitzel – served with a creamy sauce of mushrooms and paprika and a side of dumplings – also delivers on the flavour front. The standout side is the red cabbage, which is tangy and flavoursome. They have some pretty standard starters, salads and steak dishes, but it’s all about those German dishes that tick the boxes when it comes to authenticity, quality and value for money.
