Meaty mains are cooked in the Josper oven to lend tasty smokiness and tenderness. The shortrib bibimbap, with beautifull­y juicy braised beef, sticky rice, home-made kimchi, ribbons of cucumber, radishes and a fried duck egg, is a rich and delicious taste adventure.
