BEST FOR A taste of southeast Asia. FOOD The vast menu can be daunting, but start with crisp golden spring rolls served with rice noodles, lettuce cups, cucumber and mint and juicy lamb pot stickers. Interestin­g sushi options include a hearty tuna crunch sushi roll topped with mayo and sweet chilli. For mains the pork ribs are literally fingerlick­ing good: sweet and sticky, topped with crispy fried garlic and fresh spring onion. The colony beef fillet is panfried to a perfectly succulent medium rare then topped with a soy dressing and served on a bed of crunchy broccoli and green beans. End with coconut flan or deep-fried bananas. DRINKS An extensive wine list, and classic as well as Asian-inspired signature cocktails. SERVICE Waiters are helpful, always moving at lightning speed. AMBIENCE The restaurant interior is predominan­tly black and red, with subtle glimmers of gold from guilded pillars. (ZN)
