Try the selection of cured meats for starters: springbok carpaccio, Black Forest ham and, the star of the show, ostrich salami. The rack of pork ribs is juicy and plentiful. It would be unjust not to try the steaks: the fillet, especially, is truly delectable and the mushroom-and-thyme sauce complements it well. The food is delicious and beautifully presented, which will make you want to stick around for dessert.
