Face the Citybug Challenge

Get your body in shape for this year’s Citybug challenge. This year on August 3, they will host two challenges. The one is the Power Challenge where you can enter in either gymnastics, powerlift or strongman. The other is the Rowing Challenge that consists of 5 000 metres’ rowing, a 400-metre run,

200 burpees and 200 single skipping. The proceeds of the event will go to Flamboyant School. The event will take place at Hoërskool Bergvlam. Various prizes are up for grabs and the entrance fee depends on the challenge you choose to complete. For more information, e-mail info@citybug.co.za.
