• August 3: This year Citybug will host two challenges. The one is the Power Challenge where you can enter in either gymnastics, powerlift or strongman. The other is the Rowing Challenge that consists of 5 000 metres’ rowing, a 400-metre run, 200 burpees and 200 single skipping.

• August 8: Moving Mountains for Cancer Patients has a luxury bus ride from Mbombela to KMI Airport, where gynaecologists will speak about cervical cancer. • August 3: Kisboude Charity Ride in aid of Damascus Farm and Amakhaya Children’s Home in a 1 000-kilometre circular route through the province. Registration of R300 covers lunch at Little Pilgrim’s Hotel in Hazyview, a Kisboude 2019 sticker and R100 donation for the charity. There is only space for 50 bikes from Mbombela.
