What the FF Plus says

The FF Plus demands that the incident in which a man is assaulted in the White River Police Station be thoroughly investigated.

“The individuals in question, Barend Byliefeldt and Delia Human, were assaulted by members of a private security company, the name of which is known to the FF Plus,” said Werner Weber, provincial leader of the FF Plus.

“The incident is absolutely unacceptable and the FF Plus will request the Independent Police Investigative Directorate to investigate the events, particularly the police's conduct throughout the ordeal. The FF Plus has already sent the footage of the mugging inside the police station to senior police officers in the province, as well as the MEC for safety and security, Vusi Shongwe. Shongwe has undertaken to have the matter investigated” he said.
