Brothers open another Roast ‘coop’ Nelspruit

For those who are hungry for a meal on the go that does not cost a “wing and a leg”, Roast is the place to go.

Roast started as a healthy alternative to your typical style of fast food.

It offers succulent rotisserie-style chicken, “roasted” in its famous combination of herbs and spices, and basted with its secret sauce that is healthy and tasty.

Roast is a franchise that started in Umhlanga.

Brothers Ashley and Wesley Cerqueira bought into the idea and opened their first Roast “coop” at Canary Walk Mall in 2021, amid the national lockdown. They are proud to say their flock had grown from strength to strength ever since.

As their flagship and passion project, they have worked hard to ensure that the prices are competitive and that the food is healthy, nutritious and fresh.

Thanks to the success of their first restaurant, they were able to open another Roast restaurant at the Sonpark Shopping Centre.

“We pride ourselves on our passion for flavour and have dedicated hours in our tasting kitchen to perfect the flavour combinations in our spices and our signature secret sauces to keep you coming back for more,” said the Cerqueiras.

You can choose from a variety of speciality sides to top off any meal for the extra hungry, or for those who simply cannot resist a fresh bowl of zesty slaw, hot and crispy potato roasties, or the allure of breaking open a freshly baked bun.

Spoil yourself with a healthy “quick meal” pulled chicken wrap or roti for only R29,99. Visit the Facebook page, Roast.Sonpark, to read more about their delicious meals.
