South Africa's largest outdoor company, Safari Outdoor, equipped with the latest in all things hunting and safari-related, has opened its doors right here in the Lowveld.

Situated at the Valley Hyper Centre in Mbombela, Safari Country Nelspruit is a more than welcome addition to Mpumalanga, known for its diverse wildlife, exquisite hiking and camping spots and of course, the Kruger

National Park.

With a massive range of rifles, optics, reloading equipment, bullets and all other components needed for hunting and outdoor safari activities, Safari Country Nelspruit is ready to welcome all of the region's nature and wildlife lovers and help with whatever is needed.

Safari Outdoor was first founded in

2008 and already has branches located in Johannesburg (Rivonia), Pretoria (Lynnwood), Stellenbosch

(Koelenhof), East Rand (Boksburg) and West Rand (Cradlestone), a Safari Fishing store in its Lynwood, Pretoria branch, and now, most recently, Mbombela.

Safari Country Nelspruit opened to customers on June 24, however, the celebration of its opening and a welcome to the Lowveld community will be a fun-filled family-friendly day on July 2.

The opening will be held at the store in the Valley Hyper Centre. The doors are set to open to customers at 09:00 with musical entertainment from 13:00 to 14:00 and again from 14:00 to 15:00 by well-known Afrikaans singers Arno Jordaan and Leah.

Safari Country Nelspruit has promised an exciting day for its new Lowveld customers with a beer tent, boerewors rolls and various suppliers exhibiting their products.

The store will also run a competition at the grand opening with a R82k Swarovski telescope. People can enter a lucky draw the week of the sale to win the telescope and other prizes. The draw will take place on July 10.

It will also host a sale for the Mbombela opening from July 1 to 10. Providing its customers with unique and quality products, Outdoor Safari has the following departments for Lowvelders to peruse at its brand-new store: outdoor and accessories, firearms (including investment rifles, handguns and rifles), ammunition, reloading, clothing and accessories (handbags, etc), a deli, optics, knives, books, and air rifles and accessories.

Safari Outdoor has its own shooting ranges at the Rivonia and Lynnwood branches.

The store has many other exciting features under its name, one of them being its very own hunting app, the Safari Outdoor Hunting App.

The app was created for people passionate about hunting and users can share photos, voice their opinions, rate their experiences, and ask the community for advice on any topic.

Users can also engage with friends and other hunters, browse photos, and even see on a map view where the photos were taken. The app can also be used to discover new places, events, activities, and people of interest.

People can even plan their next hunting trip by using the built-in directory, maps, search functions, and community-driven review system.

Another feature of the business is its Safari Outdoor Shooting Club that helps develop the skills of a beginner/novice, up to the development of dedicated provincial class (expert/master) of sport shooters affiliated to different bodies, nationally and internationally.

The club also hosts a variety of sport shooting events.

Safari Outdoor has a training centre for the use of firearms, self-defence and skills development that has been in operation since 2015.

With its sixth branch now in Mbombela, Safari Outdoor is planning on expanding nationwide and striving to build strong and long-lasting relationships with suppliers and customers alike.

The company is a pro at exceeding customer expectations in both customer service and product offerings and aim to give each client the best experience possible.
