Lupa Osteria: Your Rome away from home

-

Lupa Osteria brings the best of Roman dining to the Lowveld.

It’s a space where modern Italian dining meets authentic, home-styled cooking for the whole family.

Jacques van Zyl, a local restaurateur, recently took over the ownership and management of Lupa Osteria at Crossing Shopping Centre. Jacques is no stranger to the industry and understands the importance of customer experience and satisfaction.

His passion for food and people inspired the decision to become part of the Lupa family. “Lupa’s philosophy is already a winning recipe, and I am looking forward to building on that by creating a relaxing environment where Lowvelders can enjoy delicious meals prepared with love and served with style.

“At Lupa, we go to great lengths to ensure we provide an authentic Italian dining experience. Our pastas and pizza bases are made from scratch by our talented chefs every day.

“Only the freshest ingredients are selected with the greatest care to give you consistently mouthwatering meals. You can expect wholesome pizzas, pastas, seafood and secondi with distinctly Italian flavours, cooked in a wood-fired pizza oven to enhance the taste. Cap off your dining experience with one of our decadent desserts or a scoop of genuine Italian

Gelato. We have a seasonal lunchtime menu and weekly specials for those who are looking to dine on a budget. Our unique selection of wines and spirits ranges from the best-known brands to quirky gems, offering something for everyone to discover and enjoy.”

Italian dining is all about friends and family gathering to enjoy hearty meals paired with soulful vinos. Visitors will be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere and our relaxing environment will ensure that every visit to Lupa will be a memorable one - there is always a seat for you and your family at Lupa.

Jacques and his team invite you to visit Lupa Osteria and experience the wolf den for yourself.
