Mzansi Ballet brings the magic of Cinderella to Mbombela
MBOMBELA - The Lowveld was treated to the magical Mzansi Ballet’s The ABBA Show - A Cinderella Story on Friday evening at Curro’s Sycamore Theatre, delighting and exciting audience members young and old.
With an ample dose of sparkling sequins, bright and colourful costumes, and a fabulously sassy Fairy Godmother, Mzansi Ballet’s spectacularly talented dancers put on a performance to be remembered by Lowvelders for years to come.
The audience members were encouraged to attend the show in their very best
ABBA get-up.
Mzansi Ballet's description of the wonderous show is that it is a modern retelling of the classic tale of Cinderella, set to the timeless music of ABBA and innovative and hip choreography by Angela Revie and Michael Revie, with out-of-thisworld costumes and sets designed by fashion designer extraordinaire, David Hutt.
