- Bridget Mpande

MBOMBELA - It was a night filled with looking back on the milestones of

2022 when the South African Council for Business Women (SACBW) Nelspruit celebrated its year-end function at Christie’s at 32 on Russell on November 10.

The members of SACBW Nelspruit support one another’s businesses as much as possible to help them grow. They meet once every month at various locations in Mbombela.

Tracy-Erin Duggan of the council said the SACBW networking sessions of 2022 had ended on a high note. “Every woman who attended the event received an award; they were all inscribed with the words ‘We See You’. This was a way to give back to them and let them know that we see them. I would like to thank the committee of 2022 for all their effort. To those announced for 2023, we wish you all the best. I would like to send my appreciation to all the sponsors, too, for all their support.”

After the formalities, they all shared a meal while celebrating their achievements for the year.

The SACBW is growing and has exciting collaborations and plans set out for 2023. To join them, email nelspruit@sacbw.org.
