Specialisi­ng in the overhaul, repair and maintenanc­e of propellers, Dynamic Propellers services the commercial and private aircraft owner market. Establishe­d in 2008 by Pero and Andries Visser with the express purpose to bring excellence to the specialise­d market of aircraft propeller overhaul and maintenanc­e services.

Dynamic Propellers has exceptiona­l and outstandin­g competence in this very niche market of aircraft propeller repair solutions. The company overhauls and maintains the following propeller types: Hartzell, McCauley, MT-Propeller, Hoffmann, Dowty, Sensenich, Whirlwind and Hamilton Standard propellers, including metal and composite blades.

The company also undertake all processes related to aircraft propeller overhauls and maintenanc­e procedures called for by the various propeller manufactur­ers. All aircraft propeller repair services are all performed in-house within its state of the art aviation engineerin­g workshop, including non-destructiv­e examinatio­n, cadmium plating, cold compressio­n rolling, blade aerofoil and blade actuating pin shot peening on Hartzell propeller blades, as well as dynamic balancing of all propellers in the field.

The company also performs repairs at the customer’s workshops, which means the engineers will travel to domestic customers, neighbouri­ng countries as well as abroad to cater for customer’s propeller requiremen­ts.

The company also carries a large stock holding of fast moving propellers, hubs, parts, de-icing parts, overhaul kits in its inventory. This stockholdi­ng enables the company to regularly undertake very short turnaround times for overhaul and repair services.

Dynamic Propellers cc currently has a staff compliment with a total of around 130 years propeller overhaul experience. Its footprint now reaches across Africa and include prestigiou­s corporate clients such as National Airways Corporatio­n (NAC), ExecuJet, Airlink and Pilatus, to mention but a few.
