GULFSTREAM AEROSPACE CORPORATION
Gulfstream G280
This super-midsize jet that performs like a much larger aircraft yet offers the best fuel efficiency in its class. The G280 easily accommodates up to 10 passengers in two distinct living areas with sleeping for five. The cabin features 19 large, oval windows, 100 percent fresh air and a rejuvenating low cabin altitude along with high-speed communication equipment and media systems. The G280’s maximum operating speed is Mach 0.85. Certified for steep approach at London City Airport, the aircraft offers excellent take-off and landing agility. Travellers on the G280 can access demanding airports and quickly reach a high altitude above traffic and weather. Auto throttles and auto braking also give the G280 performance abilities to match those of a larger aircraft.
The Gulfstream G500 and Gulfstream G600
These two-business aircraft represent a new generation in Gulfstream innovation with their introduction of the Symmetry Flight Deck. The aircraft were created in collaboration with customer feedback, a practice that shapes Gulfstream’s product development programmes. The interiors of the G500 and G600 offer wide cabins and flexible cabin comfort, ample storage and a multitude of configuration options, including work, entertainment, living and sleeping spaces. The G500 can accommodate three distinct living areas and the G600 accommodates up to four. The aircraft feature the same large panoramic windows and cabin environment as the G650, G650ER and G700. While cabin comfort and flight deck innovation prevail on the inside, the G500 and G600 cruise at speeds up to Mach 0.90, and can travel regularly at high speeds while maintaining their status as best-in-class for fuel efficiency. The G500 entered service in September 2018 and the G600 followed in August 2019.
Gulfstream G550
This is one of the most popular aircraft in its class, is known for its reliability, flexibility and performance. The aircraft can connect Shanghai to Los Angeles or New York to Dubai nonstop at Mach 0.80 or London to Tokyo at Mach 0.85. In 2004, the G550 team was awarded the 2003 Collier Trophy for ‘designing, testing and building an innovative aircraft while incorporating measurable safety enhancements and far-reaching advances in aerospace technology.’ The fully equipped G550 offers a wide variety of cabin layouts and options that can accommodate up to 18 passengers. Passengers have the option of four living areas, sleeping for up to eight and a galley that can be located forward or aft.

Both aircraft can accommodate passengers and crew in conference, dining and entertainment areas with sleeping for up to 10 passengers. Like the G700, the G650ER has the longest range at the highest speeds and provides outstanding mission flexibility. In April 2019, the aircraft beat a recent competitor speed record while at the same time increasing the distance flown for the farthest business jet flight in history. The G650ER flew from Singapore to Tucson, Arizona, at an average speed of 597 miles per hour / 960 km per hour over a distance of 8,379 nm / 15,518 km. The G650ER’s performance beat the previous record by 44 minutes and more than 225 nm / 417 km. The G650 and the G650ER combined hold more than 100 city-pair records.
The G650 and G650ER travel at speeds up to Mach 0.925 and can fly far above airlinetraffic congestion and adverse weather, resulting in smoother flights and fewer delays.
The aircraft feature the PlaneViewTM II flight deck with intuitive systems that ease pilots’ workload and enhance safety. In 2015, the G650 family was awarded the 2014 Robert J. Collier Trophy, the most prestigious aviation award in North America, in recognition of the aircraft’s ‘significant technological advancements in aircraft performance, cabin comfort and safety.’
The Flagship Gulfstream G700
Introduced October 2019, is the most spacious, best-performing aircraft in the businessjet industry. It blends proven ultra-long range, speed and performance with flight-deck innovation and cutting-edge cabin creation to offer customers an unprecedented aircraft experience. The G700 boasts the tallest, widest and longest cabin in the industry with leading range and speed capabilities. The aircraft can fly 7,500 nautical miles / 13,890 kilometres at Mach 0.85 or 6,400 nm / 11,853 km at Mach 0.90. Its maximum operating speed is Mach 0.925, more than nine-tenths the speed of sound. The ability to fly at faster speeds (Mach 0.90 versus Mach 0.80) gives customers more time, lower annual expenses for maintenance, parts and services, as well as shorter crew days for safer operations.
The all-new cabin on the G700 features up to five living areas, an extra-large ultra-galley with a passenger lounge or crew compartment: a six-place dining or conference room and a master suite with shower. The Gulfstream Cabin Experience promotes and enhances wellness through 20 Gulfstream panoramic oval windows, the largest in the industry; the industry’s lowest cabin altitude; 100 percent fresh air and a whisper-quiet cabin. The environment can be enhanced by the Gulfstream-developed lighting system that truly mimics sunrise and sunset.
