R66 TURBINE HELICOPTER
Robinson’s largest and most powerful helicopter, the R66 Turbine retains many of the design features of the R44, including a two-bladed rotor system, T-bar cyclic and an open interior cabin configuration. What sets the R66 apart is its fifth seat, large, dedicated baggage compartment and the Rolls Royce RR300 turbine engine. The R300 delivers increased reserve power additional payload and improved altitude performance. The R66 meets current FAA crashworthiness regulations with energy absorbing seats and a crashworthy fuel system. Popular upgrades including leather seats and a cockpit cabin camera are standard in the R66.
