AIR-FRYER SIRLOIN STEAK BITES AND CORN RIBLETS

Difficulty: Easy

Preparatio­n time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes Serves 2

INGREDIENT­S

• 400g sirloin steak, cubed

• 1 tsp (5ml) Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One

Seasoning

• 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil

• 2 sweetcorn cobs

• 2 tsp (10ml) Hinds Spices Spice for Rice

• Drizzle of olive oil

METHOD

1 Toss the cubed steak into a bowl with the Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One Seasoning and olive oil. Set aside.

2 Place the sweetcorn into a pot of boiling water and boil for 10 minutes or until soft. Remove and cut into quarters lengthwise.

3 Season the sweetcorn cobs with Hinds Spices Spice for Rice and a drizzle of oil and place in the air-fryer. Fry for 15 minutes at 200°C. Add the steak bites and fry for a further 7 minutes.

4 Remove and serve.

AIR-FRYER HAKE GOUJONS

Difficulty: Easy

Preparatio­n time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes Serves 2

INGREDIENT­S

• 300g hake fillet, cut into 2cm thick strips

• Hinds Spices Southern Coating Original

• juice of 1 lemon

• 100ml mayonnaise

• 1 tbsp (15ml) chopped dill

• 500g frozen chips

• 2 tsp (10ml) Hinds Spices Salt and Vinegar Seasoning

METHOD

1 Coat the hake fillets in Hinds Spices Southern Coating Original and set aside. Place the frozen chips into the air-fryer at 200°C and fry for 15 minutes, add the hake strips and fry for 10 more minutes.

2 Mix together the lemon juice, mayonnaise and chopped dill and serve the dipping sauce with the hake goujons. Sprinkle Hinds Spices Salt and Vinegar Seasoning over the chips and serve with the fish.
