AIR-FRYER CRAZY!

The world has gone bonkers for air-frying, and on Facebook everybody is raving about this wonderful appliance. But what is it that people love about their air-fryer?

It’s my best buy ever. It saves time, electricity and energy. I now buy more oven-baked foods to prepare in the airfryer. I season a whole chicken with Portuguese spice, drizzle it with olive oil and voilà! The result is a delicious, juicy fried chicken with crispy skin. I spend less time cooking and we’re eating healthier. I wouldn’t exchange my airfryer for anything!

I don’t like gimmicks and resisted the air-fryer trend for a long time. My kitchen NBF (new best friend) is now one year old and I want to be buried with it, just like the Egyptians believed! I use it for baking, roasting and frying. And my teenage boys can help themselves when hunger strikes.

I got my husband involved in cooking with the help of the air-fryer. I prep everything and when he gets home from work, he pops it in the air-fryer. Dinner is sorted chop-chop, it’s tasty and we have fewer dishes to wash up. He rinses, I dry and we have a good chat while doing our chores. Plus we save a lot of power. I even bake in it.
