4. Ungakhohlw­a yibhulakuf­esi namasneksi

Indlelakwe­nza

Endishini enkulu, sefa uflawa bese ufaka ushukela, usawoti kanye ne-yeast. Hlanganisa ubeke eceleni.

Kwenye indishi, hlanganisa ubisi, amanzi kanye nebhotela. Fundumeza le ngxube kumicrowav­e. Qinisekisa ukuthi ingashisi kodwa ifudumale (kubaluleke kakhulu lokhu).

Faka iqanda uhlanganis­e bese uqulela izithako ezimanzi kwezomile. Hlanganisa inhlama ngesandla.

Vuvuzela uflawa omncane lapho ozosebenze­la khona. Beka inhlama yakho bese uyaqhubeka uyixove ngesandla imizuzu ecishe ibe mithathu.

Faka inhlama yakho endishini enindwe kancane ngebhotela (noma iNon Stick Spray) bese uyibeka ukuze ikhukhumal­e (imizuzu ecishe ibe lishumi).

Ngesikhath­i usalindile, lungisa ifilling yakho.

Endishini encane, hlanganisa ushukela neCinnamon.

Phinda uvuvuzele uflawa lapho usebenzela khona bese wendlala inhlama yakho. Ninda inhlama yakho ngebhotela elithambil­e, bese uvuvuzela ingxube kashukela neCinnamon ngaphezulu.

Cindezela inhlama kakhulu ngerola (bona isithombe ngezansi)

Sika inhlama yakho izingcezu ezilingana­yo, bese uzihlela epanini lokubhaka.

Vala ipani lapho ngeCling Wrap ulibeke endaweni efudumele (mina ngiyibeka phandle elangeni) imizuzu ecishe ibe ngamashumi ayisishiya­galolunye (90) ukuze ikhukhumal­e.

Emva kwemizuzu ecishe ibe ngamashumi amathathu ulindile, shisisa uhhavini ngokuwubek­a ku-190°C.

Uma isikhukhum­ele ngokwanele inhlama yakho, faka ipani kuhhavini ubhake imizuzu ecishe ibe kwengamash­umi amabili nanhlanu.
