Ukhuvethe nokuhlelwa kabusha imisebenzi

INkantolo YoMthethosisekelo yalahla umqashi kuleli cala. Okubalulekile okwachazwa kulesi sinqumo okuzolawula nakuso lesi simo esibhekene naso yilokhu:
-Ilungelo lezobulungiswa kwezokuqashwa eliqinisekiswe kuMthethosisekelo lixuba nelungelo lokungaxoshwa noma lokungaphathwa ngokungenabulungiswa nelungelo lesiqinisekiso sokuqashwa.
-Kuyimpoqo ukuthi umqashi engabonisi kuphela ukuthi ukuxoshwa noma ukuhlela kabusha kunobulungiswa, kodwa ebonise nokuthi inqubo elandelwe kulokho nayo inobulungiswa.
