While South Africa is still trying to get to grips with the impact of COVID-19, the virus rendered everything to a standstill and such puts a strain on the lives of many South Africans, rich or poor all have had the impact of this virus.

Many in the country have been resourceful in extending a helping and to straggling communities and poor families whos lives were hard hit with hunger. Billions have been spent by government, businesses and individuals.

Well by the look of things this is strike one since the announcement of the first confirmed Covid-19 case in March South Africa has over

39000 cases and at least 800 death. Strick two prediction will render current statistic a walk in the park. The projection show over a million infections and over 40000 death in November.

While the projections are pointing to a dark and gloom future it seems the government is determined to make a grave mistake in sending children back to school. One question of the sited projections of 40000 death what portion of that will be teachers and students. I believe this is a waste of time and money.

Schools should only Open next year period
