Try these quick and easy desserts

RICH TIRAMISU Prep time: 15 min­utes Serves: 5–6

1 choco­late sponge cake, sliced in half

½ cup (125ml) strong espresso

2 cups mas­car­pone cheese

2 cups cream cheese

1 cup (250ml) cream

1 cup con­densed milk

Co­coa, for dust­ing

Mint leaves, for serv­ing 1. In a bowl, whisk cheeses, cream and con­densed milk un­til smooth.

2. Place first half of cake on a serv­ing plat­ter. Make holes us­ing a skewer.

3. Pour half cof­fee, and spread half cream fill­ing.

4. Top with re­main­ing cake and re­peat step 3.

5. Dust with co­coa, and re­frig­er­ate un­til set.

6. Serve with mint leaves.
