Try these quick and easy desserts
RICH TIRAMISU Prep time: 15 minutes Serves: 5–6
1 chocolate sponge cake, sliced in half
½ cup (125ml) strong espresso
2 cups mascarpone cheese
2 cups cream cheese
1 cup (250ml) cream
1 cup condensed milk
Cocoa, for dusting
Mint leaves, for serving 1. In a bowl, whisk cheeses, cream and condensed milk until smooth.
2. Place first half of cake on a serving platter. Make holes using a skewer.
3. Pour half coffee, and spread half cream filling.
4. Top with remaining cake and repeat step 3.
5. Dust with cocoa, and refrigerate until set.
6. Serve with mint leaves.
