Illegal US hi-tech military exports

The US announced criminal charges yesterday against 11 members of an alleged ring illegally exporting military electronics to Russia. “The microelectronics allegedly exported to Russia are subject to strict government controls. They include radar and surveillance systems, weapons guidance systems, and detonation triggers,” the Brooklyn federal prosecutor’s office said.
