Quebecor increases stake in unit

Quebecor Media is to buy 20.3million of its own shares held by the Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec for about C$1bn. Quebecor will also buy 10.2-million shares of Quebecor Media held by a Canadian pension fund for about C$500m.
