Immofinanz aims to list unit

Immofinanz plans to list its residential unit in Frankfurt after an initial public offering that could take place by November, board member Daniel Riedl said on Monday. It would list Buwog as the firm seeks to add homes in northern Germany to the unit’s holdings.
