Explosion at factory to be probed

An explosion at a factory in Kempton Park yesterday morning would be investigated, said the Gauteng labour department. An inquiry set up under the Occupational Health and Safety Act would seek to establish the cause of the blast, said spokesman Mishack Magakwe. Paramedics said six people were critically injured in the blast at Oricol Environmental Services.
