Parties, Cosatu claim Sanral being arrogant

Opposition political parties and the Congress of SA Trade Unions have accused the SA National Roads Agency Ltd (Sanral) of being presumptive and arrogant in saying that Gauteng’s e-tolling will start in two months. Yesterday Sanral spokesperson Vusi Mona said discussions between the agency and Transport Minister Ben Martins had led it to believe the enabling law would be passed by the National Council of Provinces soon and the e-tolling could then begin.
