Law firms share global award

Two South African law firms this week shared the international award for Merger Control Matter of the Year for the Asia-Pacific, the Middle East & Africa regions for their involvement in Nestlé’s acquisition of Pfizer’s infant nutrition business. Edward Nathan Sonnenberg represented Nestlé and Bowman Gilfillan represented Pfizer in the global deal.
