Plots in picturesque rural estate offered
TWO of the remaining sites of 3,000m² each at Wagenbietjieshoek Estate, Mpumalanga, will come under the hammer this month.
Wagenbietjieshoek is in the centre of the “trout triangle” and it is within travelling distance of other scenic towns such as Dullstroom, Nelspruit, Lydenburg, Machadodorp, Sabie and Hazyview.
The estate is in a conservation area that is subject to a wildlife and grassland management programme. Only 2% of the protected area is utilised for development, ensuring home owners space and privacy.
The
architecture
of Wagenbietjieshoek embraces the aesthetics of the old Transvaal era with colonial countryside and farm-style characteristics.
Residents have the privilege of enjoying walking trails along historical routes, a farmyard with activities for children, horse riding, fishing, mountain-biking, and bird and game watching.
The estate will have a clubhouse with a swimming pool, deli with preorder facilities, a landing strip and horse stabling.
Wagenbietjieshoek has 112 sites.
The sites will be available at Van’s Auctioneers sale, which takes place on site on April 20 at noon.
