Talks may affect SACMH shares

South African Coal Mining Holdings (SACMH) said its major shareholder, JSW Energy had started negotiations to find a black economic empowerment partner and the outcome may affect the price of the company’s shares, so shareholders were advised to exercise caution in their share dealings.
