Maize futures end higher in SA

Maize and wheat futures ended firmer yesterday as South African prices were playing catch-up with higher Chicago Board of Trade prices. “Today we have seen good buying support throughout the trading session, unlike Wednesday,” independent trader Andrew Fletcher said from Kroonstad.
