Minister encourages circumcision

Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi yesterday spoke out against growing fears about circumcision, caused by the recent spate of mutilations and deaths, and said circumcision was necessary to prevent contracting HIV/AIDS. He was at the launch of a voluntary medical male circumcision campaign at the Tshwane University of Technology’s main campus.
