Japan orders wall at Fukushima

Japan has ordered Tokyo Electric Power to build an underground wall at the Fukushima nuclear plant to prevent groundwater from flowing into reactor buildings. The government plans to set up a task force with Tokyo Electric, construction firms and plant makers next month to discuss the details, Trade Minister Toshimitsu Motegi said yesterday in Tokyo.
