Klerksdorp mall set for opening

Dipula Income Fund yesterday said its 15,400m² Tower Mall in the growing Jouberton and surrounds in Klerksdorp, will open on October 25, virtually fully let. The developer is Landmark. Dipula CEO Izak Petersen said the R155m mall represents an important investment in the community, which is underserviced in terms of retail facilities.
