Cabinet approves draft bill

LAW Cabinet approved publication of the draft Protection, Promotion, Development and Management of Indigenous Knowledge Systems Bill in the Government Gazette and a public consultation process. The bill’s objective is to facilitate protection of indigenous knowledge, Minister in the Presidency Jeff Radebe said yesterday.
