Developer has big plans for Benmore

Valued at about R1.2bn, Acsiopolis is Acsion Properties’ largest residential project to date. Located in Benmore, Sandton, it is a 20-storey mixed-use development scheduled for completion in April 2018. The plan includes about 36,000m2 of executive apartments, 5,000m2 will be used for retail and 1,000 m2 will be set aside for office space. There will be six levels of parking.
