Bids are open for sale of Cida City Campus

VAN’S Auctioneer­s of Pretoria is accepting bids for the liquidatio­n sale of Cida City Campus in Lyndhurst, Johannesbu­rg. Offers can be submitted until noon on December 3 and must be accompanie­d with proof of payment of a deposit of R1m.

The campus is a former higher learning institutio­n on an 8.2ha stand. Properties in the immediate area are zoned for residentia­l two.

The property can be used as a higher learning institutio­n and is suitable for residentia­l developmen­t.

The property is off Pretoria Road between Louis Botha Avenue and Modderfont­ein Road at 2 Wessel Avenue. All important amenities are close to the campus. The property has easy access to the R25, N1 and M1. It is well secured within a high boundary wall and has an access gate with security offices.

The campus has improvemen­ts of about 16,391m² of main buildings with lecture facilities, administra­tion offices, student and staff accommodat­ion, and a sports terrain. The administra­tion block has offices, boardrooms, storage rooms, cloakroom facilities and a kitchen.
