Bids are open for sale of Cida City Campus

VAN’S Auctioneers of Pretoria is accepting bids for the liquidation sale of Cida City Campus in Lyndhurst, Johannesburg. Offers can be submitted until noon on December 3 and must be accompanied with proof of payment of a deposit of R1m.

The campus is a former higher learning institution on an 8.2ha stand. Properties in the immediate area are zoned for residential two.

The property can be used as a higher learning institution and is suitable for residential development.

The property is off Pretoria Road between Louis Botha Avenue and Modderfontein Road at 2 Wessel Avenue. All important amenities are close to the campus. The property has easy access to the R25, N1 and M1. It is well secured within a high boundary wall and has an access gate with security offices.
