VAN’S Auctioneers of Pretoria is accepting bids for the liquidation sale of Cida City Campus in Lyndhurst, Johannesburg. Offers can be submitted until noon on December 3 and must be accompanied with proof of payment of a deposit of R1m.
The campus is a former higher learning institution on an 8.2ha stand. Properties in the immediate area are zoned for residential two.
