New era awaits Nomad Information Systems

JOHANNESBURG — Enterprise Electronic Commerce SA (Pty) Ltd has announced it has acquired Nomad Information System (Pty) Ltd from Bankserv Africa.

Enterprise Electronic Commerce SA was founded in 1996 and has embedded itself in the heart of the card processing industry, providing a unique range of payments and valueadded services (VAS) solutions in SA and Africa. EEC’s impressive range of standalone and mobile payments solutions combined with Nomad’s integrated payments solutions will enhance the retailers’ product offering, while being complementary to its host banks.
