Hayman tames ‘Hell of North’

Mathew Hayman made light of his 37 years to win the prestigious Paris-Roubaix one-day classic yesterday. The Australian edged out Belgian legend Tom Boonen in a five-man sprint to deny Boonen a record fifth title at the “Hell of the North”. “Just pure disbelief, I can’t believe it,” said a stunned Hayman.
