New libraries for Gauteng

The Gauteng Department of Sport‚ Arts‚ Culture and Recreation will spend R69.9m on building three new libraries and millions more on upgrading existing ones. The department presented yesterday its plans for the 2016-17 financial year before the relevant portfolio committee.
