Cellular group Vodacom, for trying to use a technical legal defence to avoid compensating Makate for his intellectual property. As the court said, that’s not “the kind of conduct … expected from an ethical corporate entity”.
Fraud accused Gary Porritt who, after what seems an age — and 47 rulings by various courts relating to the once listed Tigon group of companies — seems likely to finally get his day in court. The sooner the better now.
