Lobby group may test PAIA

COURT Lobby group My Vote Counts may test the constitutionality of the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) as it relates to donations to political parties. The group gave 13 political parties until Friday to respond to PAIA requests for information. Co-ordinator Janine Ogle said on Friday only four parties had responded to the request.
