CBH shifts on acceptances

Country Bird Holdings (CBH) said on Tuesday that it had waived the acceptance condition in terms of the offer it made to Sovereign for the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of the company. The offer is now unconditional as to acceptances. CBH said the offer, however, remained conditional on the remaining conditions set out in the firm intention announcement.
