1Time Holdings issued a renewal cautionary announcement advising shareholders that Jetworx Aircraft Services and 1Time Airline had been placed under final winding up. The first meeting of creditors of Jetworx was still to be convened by the master of the high court. The first meeting of the creditors of 1Time Airline has taken place.
