DA draws up new handbook

Mmusi Maimane will present on Thursday what he says is “a new‚ cost-saving Presidential Handbook aimed at ensuring the person who occupies the Union Buildings is not given free rein with public money”. The DA leader said the handbook made public by the Presidency last year “leaves the door open to Nkandla-style corruption”.
