More holding on to their jobs

Record numbers of employees are choosing to stay at their jobs rather than look for new ones amid concerns about weak economic growth, insight and technology company CEB’s Global Talent Monitor shows. As the jobs market contracts “we’re seeing that workers are more risk averse and unwilling to wager stability for new and potentially risky opportunities”, CEB executive adviser Clare Moncrieff said.
