Reliability and validity

Oh dear, Business Day. By my reckoning an increase from 15% to 20% is a gut-wrenching 33.3% rise, not a buttocks-clenching 25%. (The perils of dividend tax, March 1)

I do hope the things I am too lazy or inept to check are more reliable!
