British Cycling appoints new CEO

English Football Association executive Julie Harrington had been appointed CEO of British Cycling, the beleaguered governing body said on Monday. Harrington replaces Ian Drake at a time when British Cycling is fending off allegations of wrongdoing amid investigations by UK AntiDoping and funding body UK Sport.
