Table idiot’s guide to NHI

I am concerned that the National Health Insurance (NHI) Bill is about to be tabled, and that we as the public do not have the vaguest idea how it will work or affect us. Is it not time for the government to be transparent and perhaps issue an idiot’s guide to the NHI?
