Japanese inventors make fashion cool

A jacket with built-in fans and factory mist sprayers were on offer at a trade fair in Tokyo, Japan on Thursday as the city struggles with record heat. A heat wave has brought scorching temperatures in some areas, killing at least 14 in Tokyo since the start of July.
